CraftMyPDF's free plan against Documint's 14-day trial and guarantee

CraftMyPDF has a Free plan in place of a trial: 50 PDFs or images a month, 3 templates and no credit card. It names no time-limited trial of a paid plan, and canceling does not refund fees already charged; individual requests are considered case by case.

Documint's pricing card offers 14 days free on Silver, and its plan comparison row shows Not available for Gold and Platinum, while its FAQ says every new account gets a 14-day free trial. Documint also states a full refund if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days.

Extra documents, e-signatures and compliance statements

Documint sells packs of 100 documents for $24.50 a month on Silver. CraftMyPDF publishes no per-document overage price. It emails you at 80% and 100% of the monthly credits, says plans are never upgraded automatically, and does not say what the API does once credits run out.

Documint includes 5 e-sign envelopes a month on Silver. CraftMyPDF charges 10 credits per e-signature request, which means 5 signed documents a month on the Free plan.

CraftMyPDF says it completed a SOC 2 Type II audit. Documint's FAQ says it is not SOC2 compliant, and that it does not store generated PDFs.
